Have you ever wanted an army of constructs all your own, but found your skills not up to the task of creating a horde of golems? Well, don't despair! From the planes of Acheron to the front door of your fortress and/or dungeon, the mercenary Maugs will serve anyone with the jink to pay them, and they don't bother talking back or asking 'Why do we need to burn this town to the ground?'
Each Maug is a nine foot tall stone engine of destruction, and can be equipped to suit your own maniacal needs! So pick up a whole squad today! 4 Maug Variations!

These are very nice.
I like ATOM's idea of replacing the iron golem look with these. :) _________________________ World of Aenea (Hall of Fame PW and the origin of all my works)

I first found these guys (as many probably have) in CEP, but credit where credit's due. I generally prefer the fanged and more organic varieties of monster, but have recently found a major use for the Maug in a Module...
Rather than just a single 'thing', it's always nice to be presented with several alternate scions of a "species" (don't know if 'species' quite fits a cluster of constructs), allowing for depictions of a 'culture' with different classes and types, a leadership structure, etc. Nice textures and versatile with regards weapons, etc.
Here's another well-deserved vote on the path to HOF!

Any new creature content always floats my boat! Especially additions of this quality. I always used them as replacements for the crappy original NWN Iron Golem's, that look like futuristic robots? Thank's again Tranquil. _________________________ Three Headed Troll Art Wurks

More awesome work... these are great! I'm thinking of using the one as a brass golem. Thanks much for this!

Saw these on the CODI website gallery and immediately thought that they looked great. Planescape to a tee. But is it just me or does this hak fight with the CEP. I mean I'm more inclined towards these fellas than the mechanons (no offence intended ;)) but I would rather be able to use both. If anyone can suggest a solution to this little prob I'd be most greatful. TIA.

These automatons are very detailed, have interesting unique weapons, and function well in battle, with realistic animations that fit their size. I am pleased to vote on these creatures, and would nominate them for inclusion in the next CEP expansion. I would give them a ten if I had the ability to change their colors...

These guys demand entry to CEP 1.1, and they're willing to bust some heads to get in. _________________________ The Power Almighty rests in this Lone Ring.
