For those builders who require these 2das in order to update haks: Weaponsounds.2da, for example, is not consistent from this package to the 2da from the ceppatch150 file in the complete download. Note for players downloading the CEP...
If you don't know what a 2DA file is...don't download this file.
You don't put this file anywhere; it's a reference guide to see what lines in the .2da files the CEP modifies.
