This hak demonstrate work the 'Head Converter' program. This program convert 'The Sims 2' face model to NWN head model. (find on http://nwvault.ign.com/Files/other). Install: unzip into override.
As about the concerns of some, the converter, as no one makes profit from the 'property' I dont think it violates the EULA. Anyway, it also would be a form of people who never would buy those games would know the work of some talented artists. As it is not at all a piracy practice of cloning the original game for distribution, but an opportunity to export some features to another platform, a judicious author should be more pleased than annoyed of seeing that his work deserve such recognition.
Of course, some people would fiercely disagree from this, and sure they could be supporters of cutting the hands of little children convicted of having drawn into paper their Marvel superheroes and showed them to teir friends, as Marvel owns the copyrights and such criminal violations of EULAs would be innadmissible...
For God's shake, this is a non-profit community, and not Bioware's legal attorney center, and all the things which could improve the joy of non-eager-of-becoming-rich-stealing-copyrighted-material like us should be viewed with at least some amount of tolerance.

The 'Head Converter' for SIMS2 heads is legal. Objects created in the S2 Bodyshop are the legal property of the end user who created it. That user in question is free to distribute his/her work into the public domain.

Making a program that converts heads from The Sims to NWN format is arguably legal, but public distribution of the ripped-off heads is a violation of Maxis' copyrights and of the NWN EULA. This needs to be removed from NW Vault immediately.
