This hak allows you to make mermen and mermaids using just the torso and pelvis from Lisa's Clothes Horse SOU padded and HOTU padded hakpacks. It can be used in NWN 1.64, but will cause problems if used without the CEP or Lisa's Outfits - Clothes Horse Editions 6 and 7 since it requires invisible legs to function properly. There are 20 different merpeople from 1st to 6th level including mer-children a pregnant mermaid, fighters, priestesses and wizard-types. There is also the javelin thrown weapon included as 20% of merman are armed with them. The javelin uses the dart icon and stacks to 3. Included with this hak are erfs with all 20 merpeople for the CEP, Lisa's Clothes Horse HOTU Padded, Lisa's Clothes Horse SOU Padded, and Lisa's Outfits - Clothes Horse Editions 6 and 7. Five modules with all 20 mer- people have been made so you can see them up close, one for each of the above.
It is important to note I didn't make any new items, I just used other people's. I created the merpeople's armor using Lisa's tail and Bioware's Create Item Wizard (Armor). You can change armor type and color by editing these armors. They are under Items Special Custom2. The merpeople are under Creatures NPCs Other. Hundreds of different merpeople can be made. This is just a primer to get you started. I made this hak for use in my upcoming GWC5 - The Sea Above CEP module. It has to be placed above other haks to work properly. It will overwrite the pelvis157 and chest169 body parts. It is best used with the Undersea.hak (Runemaker's) or something like it.
