I suggest you don't use D20 Modern. the only thing their classes have on yours is that they make a replacing dialog.tlk, they just have an override for modern character creation.
As for the classes themselves, I think the ones in happy Zombies are pretty good for an urban theme, D20 modern's are very generic which is nice but not better, just different

if you want modern content try the D20 modern mod project. it has a lot of clothing, heads, weapons and basicly everything, it changes classes as well. might be best to wait for the final release since they are still in beta. I only think that at the time they are finished we all will be playing nwn2.

Light Crossbows are the guns - top and middle 1, color 1, and bottom 1 and 3 color 1 (2 is also an... interesting model :) )
The module this is for is not available for download, but its up under Social, "Happy Zombies- Hell Unleashed".
The starfield area is called "AMI" and the TRON area is tcy01 (I think; I know its something like that) and the Gothic City replaces the city. "Complex labs storage" (mispelled in the toolset, "Complex laps storage) is a reskin of City Interior; Complex is a sewer reskin.
I didn't make the areas or rename them, I just used what I found ^^;
The fox-girl head is a non-replacing helmet; it looks metallic but in-game it has texture. Arcane Shields are Small Shields.
This is my first time releasing a hakpak, sorry about the lack of info.
