This hak will add two ways for you to meddle with the values/cost of items.
First I have included the original work by YSL, which allows you to reduce the value of items for the purpose of ILR or merchant pricing on certain items.
Second I have created a way for you to increase the value of items with a base cost of 0 by a certain amount, please note that you CAN increase the value of items with a base cost of more than 0, but then the increase is relative to that.

This actually is the only hak or script of the vault that actually works and lets you modify the level of the item with the price. You only have to set your stores to sell like at 5% off the initial price. And buys back at 3%.
I've been using this on my mod. It's to bad nobody commented before or voted.
