Description
ZeornWarlock asked me to reskin a dungeon to look like a crypt. Well, I tried, and failed. Something about the way the two tileset handle their textures.ZeornWarlock also asked me if I could replace the lava with blood! Yes I have done just that :D This tileset won't match the original crypt, but I think it captures the same texure feeling of the original crypt. Anyway, what ever happens, its a new tilest to play with...Enjoy!!

Eld 70 Blood Mines: This was the sister tileset to the Blood Dungeon/Crypt I worked on, I finnaly got the blood pools worked out after 30 some tries...grrr.

Anyway, I'm using the Blood Dungeon for the module I'll be releasing soon. It is the sequel to my Blackwall Keep (Champions of Heironeous) Mod. Just to let you know. ;)

As for the guy that posted the lava bug. Just turn off the animation in those tiles and the lava will be gone!

There is a little locical error in the blood crypt *g* How can it be, that there come lava fountains out of a blood see? ;) This is the only reason why I don't use the Tileset otherwise I would. Maybe you could change this if you find your time ^^

I've got a suggestion/idea/request maybe which is non releated to this tileset. :p

What would be great is to have the ruins tileset with the textures of the mausoleums from the rural
tileset. don't you think it would make great generic dungeons or castle ruins?

Just added the Mines tileset I intended to release with the blood dungeon tileset weeks ago. I had a problem with the alpha channels in the water areas. After 30 some attempts I finnaly got it sorted out. The textures in the mines match very close to the dungeon/crypt set that I did.

I dont know your email address so if ya put it up I'll fire the rar off and see what you think of it. Basically I have added a few terrains and features and groups to make a moutain dwarf city possible. With the right lighting it looks like an interior too.

One other note: Jakal GB, I also was going to make a sister mine to this tileset with blood in the mine. However I ran into a problem with the shiny txi file. After 20 some tries messing with it I gave up because of a strange anomoly that happens when you try to remove the shiny from the water area. I wonder how did you fare with this problem?

I made this tileset on request and would be glad to help anyone with texturing. I must also state that allot of my work is done with texture made by other artists. I only modify them when I see fit to do so. This tile set is made with modified and unmodified textures. The walls for example are made by 2 diffrent artist, I just merged the two textures together. Im still on the upward slope of the learning curve yet :) I only take credit for taking the time of making it happen :)

I also took the "blood" idea to the the mines/caverns some time ago, it was to be called "blood caverns" i was planning to add it into the CTP project, but i left the CTP before i completed it. So it exists only in my personal hak and on my harddrive. If you would like to team up on a blood caverns project(i could release it myself on the vault, as it's pretty much complete as is, but i got forest stuff to work on right now), PM me on the BW forums. Maybe between us, we can put out a really cool retexed mine tileset. ;)

BoromirNo1, you can contact me also via PM if your having tex problems. As i do add ons, i retex each mdl file i use individually. Complete tileset reskins are well.. not very difficult, although creating the custom textures Eldonorian comes up with, definately deserves some serious kudos.

I have a mountain tileset that I have modified but the texs need sorting. Maybe we could collaberate on it. I've added the models etc but the texs I cant figure. Send me an email if you would like to help.
