This package contains both the Hak and Music files needed to run the City of Wonders mod. Download this file along with the City of Wonders mod file and the optional Movie pack and unzip (using WinZip or another similar program) to the directory containing your nwnmain.exe file (usually C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN)

If it's part of a module I've played, you better believe it deserves a vote. As a Macintosh user who knows nothing about the toolset, scripting, or programming, the score is 10 on default. :) _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 8.50.

I've checked the file myself and it downloaded completely and without and errors in the zip file. I am guessing that the problem you had was related to a network glitch of some kind. The file should be fine now.

I can't download this hak, it gets to about 6 meg stops says it's complete, but will get an error on opening the zip.

Uh...this isn't City of Doors, the Planescape Mod. This is City of Wonders, totally different universe than D&D.
