This hak contains a new tileset for City, Rural and Forest, all of them with snow. It's based upon 'DOA City/Rural Base v. 2.1'. I've added the Pit and the Pit Bridge (from the forest tileset), and then I enterely re-textured it, adding 10 original loadscreens. NOTE: It require both SoU and HotU. USAGE: Copy the file 'Pas_SnowCRF_1a.hak' into your hak folder and then include it into your modules (edit > module properties > custom content). The archive includes a test-module ('DEMO - Pasilli's City Rural Forest with Snow.mod')
NOTES: This hak-pack was made in a very short time, because I needed it for a campaign I'm playing, so I'm sure there will be some bug! I've tried to test it and it seems to work fine, with the minimap too! It doesn't replace anything, so you can use it with other hak-packs. I hope you'll have fun with it!

Very Very good, I've played on many PWs using this and it's just a wonderful set. _________________________ /Ariel

oh. well that changes my perspective on everything... no wonder it was so hard to find this tileset :O still, its worth giving a vote in recognition to the authors' work :)
this entry hasn't been updated because not long after its creation the author(Pasilli) passed away.

in regards to the comment below me, i have the cep 2.1 (well actualy 2.2 now) plus 1.69 and have had no crashes or bugs.
I love this tileset despite how oild it is, it just goes to show you that even though it may be old, many tilesets still have there uses. im giving this a 10/10

I'm giving this a 9.75. I would've rated it a 10 except that it hasn't been updated in almost five years. Rikki.o -- exactly where is the tileset crashing your module? I've just started building a Christmas module in SoU+HotU 1.69 (and debating whether or not to add CEP 2.1) and would like to know what to watch out for?

thank you for taking the time to make this! Now I just need a snow cave instead of Ice mine. _________________________ Life is but a Dream.

Great, I just love this tileset!
I only have one question, will there be an update for NWN version 1.69. As soon as I use the new tileset in the update and have this one in use the game crashes at entering specific areas.
Cheers

One small glitch; when placing a road going up a sloped hill, it appears on the map as if it was on the normal (non winter) rural tileset (ie, green).

There's seems to be a problem with the wall2gate doors replacing the basic ones. Also the halfelin doors have dissappeared ! I think this happened with the 1.64 update. Anyone got this fixed ?

Can't this obviously great hak pack be made into Cep compatible?

Um... does it replace or does it add an area? YAY

Very nice work, but can you please integrate High-Res Textures? At my PC the textures look very spongy (i hope that is the right word, iam not English so please excuse mistakes)
If you like i can make a screenshot for you, because i do not know if the textures are that bad only at my Computer.

As I wrote in the description, I had too little time to make the hak: I used much of the Bioware's standard, but I had not the time for optimize my work.
So I'm sure that in a future version I will reduce the size of the hak. But I think the size will never be too small! There are 10 loadscreens and many tiles in it!

I'd like to use this, but 16 megs... couldn't you use Bioware standard textures for most of it and not include them in the hakpak?
Nice job! Someone was just asking for this the other day, but since CT is based in a Mediterranean environment, we haven't looked into using snow sets (yet). I'll send 'em your way. :)Carpe Terra, Project Lead
