i cant seem to find a proper way to install this with linux.. i follow the correct way in the manual, but when i try to connect to a server that needs it, it tells me they are still missing??? any thoughts?

I dunno 'bout you but I just love to create my own dungeons and design them in the most eccentric ways possible. Thanks to the CEP, I can REALLY start makin' some bizarro worlds! Fantastic download... well worth the 5 minute wait.

The anime heads are not part of the CEP. One pack that I know of was done by Ryuujin. So if these are the ones you are speaking of, you will need to contact him regarding this. He may just need to update the headpack to sit properly.
As for tails and wings, I'm thinking the same CC person above did the pack you are speaking of. I don't know what will be included in the next CEP update but I can tell you that if there are certain problems with animations/textures/shadows/phenotypes/etc, then they probably won't be included. Parts of various haks have been included while other parts of the same hak have been left out due to this constraint. _________________________ CEP download for dial-up users.

looks good from what I have fun of it so far.
A couple of comments thoagh.
1. not sure if I got them updated in CEP or not but animae heads ride just above the neck while it looks ok in game it does look funny when your woking with them in the toolset.
2. Lisa I love the cat tail but do you think you could retexture a copy to change with hair color?
3. There are some realy nice tails and more wing options out there. curently the one I most reasontly saw was by a guy who's name starts with an R and apeares to be mainly working with Animorphic charaters. should look into seeing what is his and maybe adding some of them into the CEP? (the wings are packed in his tail hakpak).
Anyway those are my thoaghts.
Still looks great and althoagh it was a pain it seems to be running ok in my override directory. ;)

I installed it & now my game alway crashes after about 3 minutes of play. I'm still trying to clean up the mess.

Nope, just follow the instructions in the readme and use the files found in the HotU folder. The Platinum version is just a prepackaged combination of NWN/SoU/HotU. _________________________ CEP download for dial-up users.
