Not hard to find out the conflicts.. Load the mods and CEP up into a mod, and run the conflict finder thing. and don't you need those programs to edit the files themselves? Or is there something else to use for that?

Yow dont need 3ds (do you know how to work whith?), i have 3ds 5 but i dont know how to use it, tel-me whath resources hare conflicting, and i can try so see whaths rong, 3ds is only for modeling and animation, the probleme here is some files have the same name, just mail me (click on mondego, click on send mail, you know the rest), ei i´m just triyng to help ok?
Anyway, it's the linking to other files that are inside the .mdl's themselves that I cannot touch. Need something like 3dStudio Max.. and that's extremely expensive. Can't get it.
The main problem is modifying the stuff that is inside the files themselves. I can do all the .2da work, and such.. Hell, I just added the psion class back into my stuff.. had to modify every feat and spell to work again in the .2da's. >

Or trying some tuturials, but whithout modeling knouledge... its not ease any way.

Well katrina, thaths simple, those resources must be renamed, so they will not override nwn ones, or any other packs, thaths the big probleme for most people
who make haks, lake us, and dont have enought experience in renaming mdl´s and tga´s, etc.
In every mdl, there is the names of those textures they use, and they must not have the same names like others, the same for: mdl´s, tga´s, dds, and item
portraits.
The big probleme here is thath change must be done whith the mdl and inside of it, and thats not hease even for me.
I´m trying to do thath in my packs, and get the endle of it, but it´s not been ease, if i find a good way to doit i can help you, if you want.
I think your trying to do some urban science fiction story girl, very interisting... (like manga japanese stories) ?

Mm. The biggest problem I have for my own haks.. I have some of the d20 modern stuff. And they all overwrite current things. I don't want them to overwrite, but I'm not sure how I can change that. Like my weapons... there's guns and stuff that I'd like, but it overwrites all the bow files. And gives the current bows the animation for the guns. Which doesn't make sense at all. Lol. Also the clothing has a tendency of doing the same.. Meh. I haven't had the chance to find out how to fix that.. kinda confuses me at times. ._.

Well katrina, i do the same, i hope many more girls come to nwn, so nwn will become more complete, and rich.
Hehe.. I don't mind if you use them, since I'm not the creator of them. ::Shrugs.:: All I've done is gone through the vault, picked up stuff I liked, and put it together in a set of haks that I can use for mine, and have everything compatible. That and people won't have to spend hours finding and downloading a bunch of different haks just for one mod. ._.
As for getting it to work, anymouse, what do you mean?
