Great work here. Nobody will probably even see this but I came across it on a search and thought you did a great job Ben. Way to go!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Jarlaxle is indeed a Baenre. One who appears to have broken from the fold but is held as a vauled piece by Matron Baenre for many years. Not until her death does Jarlaxle decide to break away from Menzoberranzan and the Underdark for that matter. Gromph is his brother, Quenthel his sister. The question you should all be asking is, who is his mother? _________________________ Farewell and a long farewell it shall be. Some of us are not destined to meet again.
Mr. 64.12.etc, he probably didn't add Drizzt because there are already 97,472,634,667,423,174,127 "Drizzts" already up on the vault. Why add to the madness?
In all seriousness; as much as I love Salvatore's novels and character, the downside to R.A.'s deviant drow is that EVERY F.R. n00b now wants to be a "good Drow" character. Doing this has turned the once RADICAL idea of a Drow leaving behind his society into a cliche. I'm all for Ben's NOT including Drizzt in this pack.
"Drizzt? We don't need no steenking Drizzt!"

...All This talk of R.A. and you didn't even add D'rizzt! For shame!...seriosly make D'RIZZT!!! He is 'in my opinion, the most important charecter in R.A.'s Books
P.S. also in "The Legacy" it mentions that Matron Benere is the only one who knows Axle's Past
(Sorry fo Typos)

If you read the last paragraph of the R.A. Salvatore book "Servant of the Shard", you'll see the reference to Jarlaxle's past and that he is indeed a Baenre.
