Description
Original models are from JKA Master Chief mod made by twingo and graves. If you have Jedi Academy you might wanna try out this mod. You'll find it: http://jediknight2.filefront.com/file/Master_Chief_Model;36795

(the fact that this model is originally from JKA means that polygon count is also higher)
It seems every game has its master chief mod so why not NWN?
Includes Master Chief armor and power sword from the popular FPS game Halo. Unfortunately the armor works only with human male.

NOTE this doesn't work with CEP or any other mod with armor BEFORE you modify their 2da files so that 2da for chests, biceps, forearms, hands, pelvises, legs, shins and feet have same line 75 as is in my 2da files.

Due to what you said, I might include this in my epic series modules but its not CEP compatible so l'll just add him in a Separate Mod as a Miniboss that keeps reappearing from time to time after the end of each module ENDGAME. Of course I might scarp this idea but l'll try to make it work.

I fixed most of the problem. I can put it in my mod, script it to be in my inventory, and even put it on npcs. but if i try to look at it on the ground, view it in my inventory, or equip it, I crash. has anyone else had this problem?

The original files here will work for everything escept the sword for me. I changed the files, but if i ever try to put the sword anywhere other than in the item creation itn eh toolset, there is an error or i crash. if anyone has had troubles and then modified the files, and then they worked witht eh sword, PLEASE tell me.

I have a problem with the sword. I've chekced 2da files and messed around with it trying to get the sword to work forever, but it won't seem to work. Is it possible for you just to make this into a hak that i could put into the hak folder? I've got the armour to work, so just the sword alone as a hak would be really helpful.

I'am afraid I'am noyt good at writing tutorials for anything but I can tell you what utilities I used in this:

I used 3ds Max with GLM plugin (for JKA models) and MDL plugin (for NWN models)

I also used filzip in order to unpack the pk3 files in order to get my hands on the JKA models and textures.

Finally you'll just need some modeling skills inorder to put the model into an armor, this is not hard, it just takes a lot of time.

i'm having the same problem with the bastard swords, all the other weapon types i've tried work but the bastard sords seem to only want to show the default six unless its from a hak

I take it these models have been ripped from a Jedi Academy custom content site. I was wondering what program you used and how you managed to convert these models for use in Neverwinter Nights. If you could post a step by step guide that would be excellent. Failing that just keep posting what you find, as long as they're as good as this I'm not complaining.

This is excellent, as are the majority of your contributions so far. Just wondering if you plan on releasing any Lord of the Rings esque content. Gondorian armour would be amazing or any of the weapons and other armours.

I can't understand why you should, I got my longbow models for example jump from model 4 to model 9 just fine and there is no need to have anything between them. There is something else you are missing.

You have to change to Weapon Model Name, in the "072" area, for all three, to "062". This will replace the model 6. Or, if you want the default, switch it to "011".
