This is *Ixion Zero's Coastline* Tileset Add-On to Rural as regards to the models and the walk meshes. He gets, and deserves rightly, all credit for those so vote for his work here: http://nwvault.ign.com/Files/hakpacks/data/1059420046363.shtml What I have done is made his hak compatible with SoU (and HoU) as well as all other tilesets available that I know of by renaming his files externally and internally (using 'tcst1' prefix). Also, and the main purpose of this upload, I created custom minimap images for each tile. What Ixion released only had 4 real quick mini map pix that didn't mesh with the tiles. I also wanted this available so ALL who use the Coastline can easily strip what they need out of here so they too can update their haks with proper map images.
This hak is not meant to be anything but an update to Ixion's hak. I do not plan to add to this hak so please no requests for that as I am also not a modeller. If for some reason you vote for this, please only think of the map images as mine, and please go vote for the actual tileset on Ixion's download page too. The rar file (the hak file goes into your hak directory and the mod file into modules)also has a one area module within to quickly check things out if you wish (module requires HoU 1.62). Hope this helps some folks out!! ^_-
*NOTE* For those using just NWN or who have already created modules with Ixion's original tileset add-on, a full version of Ixion's original Coastlines for NWN with my minimap images can be found here: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=5865 - Use one or the other, not both. It is Ixion's original hak, minus his 4 map images, with my added map images and an updated set file. This NWN version hak can seamlessly replace the original hak (except I added '_MM' to the filename so it does not overwrite the old one by default). Between these two, I think I have covered all needs (I hope).

Major kudos to you and Ixion's contributions (of his own) for this hak. After a couple of months fighting with the rural tilesets to get the right feel in creating a beached coastline for a mod I am working on, I did a search in the vaults and found this. It was PERFECT for what I needed.
Now I go back to work on it some more.

kelvingreen, once upon a time there was an NWN only version as noted by my last description paragraph. However, with the new system here at NWVault, these 2da patches npo longer exist (or I am totally missing where they have been moved to). Anyway, the file that once was and no longer is has been re-uploaded now under its own page. It has to clear before becoming active, and I will post here when it does revising the above hak description to contain a link to the NWN only version of it. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully the hak will be active for download in a day or so.
Okay... I have just plain NWN with no expansions. What do I need to download to be able to use coastline tiles?

Excellent work. I couldn't believe how beautiful this looks and your addition improves the usability greatly. _________________________ Save lives! If you are looking for a pet please check out Link

The main file posted here is SoU / HoU. It does not require them, but there will be choices in the palette that do not work. If you are using regular NWN, then you want to download the patch which is the same content more or less except it will have a proper NWN palette for Rural.
Okie, since it was really no biggie and there was obviously a need by some, I went ahead and released under the "patch" option here Ixion's original hak with my new map images added in. This second hak will not cause any issues with areas previously made with Ixion's original hak. Just swap out the two in your module, and that is it. Oh, and thanks to hmr1 for reminding me about the other SoU tiles in Rural . . . lol . . . so wrapped up in custom content I forgot they added some City Exterior tiles into Rural also.
@ Christopher: Yep, I keep pretty close track (most of the time of all hak content released - I do miss things though) of what is released, and I have yet to see anyone make proper map images for this. I have seen DOA's Builder Base since its first iteration and like it very much. However, I wanted to release map images that were more universal in nature, and releasing them for the Builder Base is anything but that as the Coastlines, unmodified, appear in dozens upon dozens of haks including (as of days ago) the very popular Oriental Rural by coulisfu as well as many other popular combo-haks. Those people will be more than familiar with how to go about stripping out the map images I made and merging them into their haks. DOA would consider it a breeze if they so chose. Heck, if they sent me a mini-hak with just the tiles they need images for on their new coastline tiles, I could prolly whip some out for theirs for them to combine (uh, as long as it is not a ton heheh).
@ hmr1: I apologize for assuming a bit too much on things and what people are familiar with. Yes, of course this hak cannot directly replace Ixion's without in module adjustments. That is utterly impossible pretty much as the set file for this tileset differs from his in that it contains several new entries in it ahead of his entries for the new SoU content that was added. These new entries shift his entries hence "breaking" any areas that used his tiles previously. However, this is inevitable *if* you want to use his stuff with SoU/HoU. If you were using an old Rural set file from pre-SoU, then you do not have access to the new content unless you "fix" your set file as well as your palette (itp) file (not a great loss as it is only the turf house and the two caravan wagons). Also, I said that I renamed his files (new prefix). This will also more or less disallow this hak from simply replacing his without some work.
However, I did not really release this to be a direct replacement of his hak, though it is possible if you fix your areas. I released this hak for other content builders truly and the people who just want this hak by itself (rare). I actually debated just releasing the map images, but this hak makes it easier. To most who do not know, Ixion's file naming ended up conflicting with other custom content (I think wayland's hills, maybe thallion's and some other things). All I have done is save some builder time renaming stuff and then threw in the map images I made 'cause they look more consistent.
*If you want just the map images and don't mind some work*, then just open the set file in notepad and copy over the map image entries for the appropriate tile into your Rural set file (after exporting it from your hak). I changed the prefix but not the suffix of the file name so they are easy to match up (and are the last entries). Then, save off and put that set file into this hak (overwriting the one in it now) here and delete out of this hak the mdl and wok entries as well as the itp file and the 2da leaving just the tga map images. Waahlaa ^_- now you have the map images and your original set file will not cause your areas to get messed up. Note though that your set file with be NWN and not an SoU/HoU Rural set file. Hope that helps (it really won't take that long to text edit the set file just be careful what you change if you never have before).
This is a vast improvement over Ixion for those just starting a mod, but I just tried to substitute it for Ixion in a mod I had already made and it made a complete hash of things and totally destroyed all of the beaches I had previously made, replacing them with the tiles from which they had been originally made. So be careful how you use this thing as I does not play well with old mods.

DOA made some modifications to Ixion Zero's coastline for his Builder Base 2.1 "added new shallow integration tiles" from his read me. Check it out."Imagination is the one weapon in the war against reality." -Jules de Gaultier
