shadguy's recolored pixies, nixies, and will'o'wisps

I've recolored the emitters for the fairy and will'o'wisp models to add a bit of variety in a fey-related project for Dreu Noctem. The results are shared here.

Included:
*HAK pack containing 4 new models based on Bioware's c_fairy monster model, 5 new monster models based on Bioware's c_willowisp model, and an updated appearance.2da file.
*ERF with sample will'o'wisps, pixies and nixies using the new models

I haven't made any special efforts to make this work with CEP. I don't have CEP on my harddrive. If you need help with integrating this with something like CEP, please let me know [please give me about a week to respond to questions and comments].

All model edits were made with Notepad.

I used these models in my old PW where I had pixie as player race. This was great addition to my server.

I think these just got cuked into CEP v2.0, so if you use CEP and update to the latest version, you should already have access to these.

Len, feel free to retexture their dresses and hair. For my purposes, I wanted to keep file sizes absolutely minimized and so I consciously and purposely left textures unchanged. You're invited to work from this to any make further changes you require.
