========================================
This hak adds some weapons from the popular video game Fable to NWN.
Also there are a couple of armors that I added to this hak but they are very high poly so don't use them if you have a slow machine because NWN will otherwise choke up and die.
I mentioned in my earlier hak that I wouldn't releasing my Jack's model, well I'am still not going to but since this is not the same model I can release that. :P
Also, if there are any files missing or are some way screwed, let me known and I'll try to fix this issue, because there is a high possibility that there are a few.
This hak also consists Jack's portraits that I made, feel free to use them if you like. You'll get them with the 'Fable armor.zip'
And I really did look into this problem "models not workin" and I think I found a way to fix it. This hak should be 100% working, but if it isn't tell me.
PS. NOTE that I haven't actually made these, I just converted them into NWN and there I gave a little touch to the models. (except the portrait which I did make)
I loved this hak pack but it conflicted with various things, not sure why though. It kept making my game freeze when doing simple things and I couldn't get the bastard swords (SoA and AT) at least without the game crashing. Still great mod and I will use it sometimes but for now I'm staying away. :)

This is a GREAT hak. I'm going to use it in one of my modules one day. _________________________ "There are many paths that should not be taken. Those, however, often offer the greater rewards."

This is really good work here.
I just wish there was Assassin armor.
That is something I want for every single game I play.
You said you weren't going to make Assassin armor right? Shame. I'd have liked to see that. Anyway, good work _________________________ sup @ you
While the models look pretty decent... they are not suitable for playing with, the textures and models themselves do not conform into standard Bioware... if you create similar pieces that are within the standard Aurora formats (plt's not so many polygons that it crashes the game if you have multiple PC's/NPC's wearing these) then I would consider using it... as is, no way...

It would be cool if there you could make the creatures from fable. Like the scorpion in the arena.

This is awesome but it takes like 15 mins on the nodule I built for these to load I wish you could help find a way to make them load faster or something. I Like this though its probably the best armor I have ever seen!!!

if more people would release awsome material like this, the world would be a better place -- also, bewildered ronin, please dont spout all that off man, you are allowed to distribute material like armour models etc as long as you are not making profit from it, and as atenni isent, in fact all he is doing is sharing something to a community hungry for updates

Really awesome stuff, please continue working on more Fable content.

No problem, you've earned it. :)
Okay, then. The reason I thought that the icons could have been the culprit was the fact that the game's speed slowed down quite a bit when I opened the armor chest, just before the icons could show up. I figured that perhaps if enough of them were to show up at the same time, it could cause a crash. Then again, those could just as well be entirely unrelated events.
Anyway, thanks for offering your help. Keep up the good work, Antenni.
Thanks for the vote, I appreciate it. :)
Yet still I can't figure out what is wrong, everything works just fine on my computer and they should work perfectly on any other computer because this mod is basically just a pack models, textures and images.
And about those inventory images, no bioware uses TGA format as well for icons for everything else except for armors, helmets (which is because those models use PLT instead of TGA or DDS for texture format).
Besides even if the issue were with the icons it shouldn't cause the game to crash, because even when an icon is screwed for some reason it appears as a white box in the inventory, and if the longswords and greatswords are working, this means that the issue must be with something else but at this point I must admit that this mystery is beyond my skills.
Sorry about this.

This is a very worthwhile download. The weapons and armor look just as good in Neverwinter Nights as they do in Fable.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that the author is very friendly and helpful, either.

>It seems everything I do always have some issues, ohwell.
Don't let that bother you, it's just a minor complication, and the end result is well worth it.
Anyway, I already have the files in my override. I think the problem might have something to do with the inventory icons. I know that at least the greatswords and longswords work because I was able to create them in an item forge module. Is there anything about these inventory icons that are different from the Bioware defaults?
Whether or not this problem can be fixed, I'm still giving you a vote.
It seems everything I do always have some issues, ohwell.
Well I changed the Fable module so that now all the chests etc. are unlocked so re-download that. And about that crashing thing, you could try the fallowing: put the haks into the haks folder, then export all the files from those haks to your override folder, the reason why it crashes could be that the game can't find the proper models or something like that. Tell me if it works that way.
