Gilean, Orione & Xar
did all of the work getting a nice rideable horse system working. Some folks have complained that CEP clothes and Heads would disappear once you mounted the horse. This extra hak includes all of the CEP anatomy models, including the fixed female heads of 1.52, but have been renamed to work with this awesome system.
I take no credit whatsoever, other than the time it took to rework all those models. Well, I through some of my Adventure Gear models in there too :)
My time for such things is extremely limited, so I didn't get the chance yet to test everything. Let me know if something is a miss, and I'll do my best to get it fixed. It should work fine though.
To install, Simply include this hak above the Rideable Horses hak in the Module Properties Custom Content tab.
This DOES NOT include their hak, however, and is needed in order for this to work. It can be found here: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=5692

I have a rather interesting comment here. But, has anyone else noticed that the hak kills the cost of all 'Cast Spell on Item' type items? Basically it nullifies the cost of Cast Spell items .. whether selling or buying.
I don't know whether this is fixable or not, but that'd probably be a good thing.
These are using a new Phemo for each race. There will always be a need for additional hakpak useage whenever adding a new pheno, otherwise the new pheno can't wear anything. As far as I am aware of anyways.

This rideable horses implementation uses new creature types for horse+rider. In view of 1.67 patch providing default appearances to phenotypes, has anybody given thought if it would be possible to convert the ridable horses into a new phenotype and default on most of the models? I know this would mess up creature reach, speed and few other easy effects, but it would keep the hak size down and improve compatibility with other haks.

Well... sorry guy's.
I tore open ACP, and they would have to update their custom tlk before I can provide work on it's compatibility since they broke a cardinal rule that DLA, themselves were part of making.
I mean, I could do it... but it may end up being a waste of a lot of time, since their tlk makes many individually made custom tlk's non-compatible... hard to explain.
CRAP on the other hand... no problem. Coming right up.
Glad to hear you have not totally pulled out of the NWN community, I feared you were not with us anymore when the ROTEX board was closed...
Is there any way you can send me a message about what exactly needs to be reworked to get robes to work with this hak? I am using the Oriental Armoury hak, and would love to get its robes working with horses too.
Also, I heard that Gilean was able to add different rideable animals...? I would love to know if you had any idea what was involved in that as well.
You can respond here, but it would be better to send "Darklight" a PM on the Bioware Forum system, since that's fairly secure and I don't really feel like exposing my email to the whole world.. *hehe*
Thanks,
Darklight
