In 1.67, the game will accept plt wings and tails.
Can be used on any character than normally can use a wing and tail
There are the 6 different Bioware wings and I converted their textures to plts and copied the models - well with minor changes/fixes for the plt format.
Note:
You cannot have the transparent wing tips of the bird model used in the tga version but these look pretty nice.
Of course you can go wild and make even more totally new designs but these should get you started :)
I also converted the Lizard and Devil tails (not the bone tail as it depends on transparency to look good)
Add this hak to your mod (or its content to override) and you should now have both the original and plt versions available to you :)
See the picture for more info. They inherit colors from the character (I used skin, hair, tatt1 and tatt2 in these plt's)
Also in the toolset you will NOT actually be able see the textures. The toolset will show them pure white.
They are there - but you have to look in the game to see the colors. (which makes it a little bit weird to set up in the toolset)
****************YOU MUST BE USING 1.67 for these to work!!!!!!!****************

PaulBay: You dont need to use scripting to give a PC wings, you can use a character editor like Leto... The advanced Editor in LETO will let you do it, even though it tells you nothing will happen by changing the value next to wings/tails.
Here are the values you need:
Wings:
-1 or 0 (default) = None
1 = Demon
2 = Angel
3 = Bat
4 = RDD wings
5 = Butterfly
6 = Bird
CEP ones below:
30 = Erinyes Demon
31 = Red Bird
32 = Dark Bird
33 = Blue Bird
34 = Black Dragon
35 = Blue Dragon
36 = Brass Dragon
37 = Bronze Dragon
38 = Copper Dragon
39 = Gold Dragon
40 = Green Dragon
41 = Silver Dragon
42 = White Dragon
Tails:
-1 or 0 (default) = None
1 = Lizard
2 = Bone
3 = Devil
CEP ones below:
30 = Cat

I'd really like to have a rogue/tiefling or paladin/aasimir(sp?) with wings. For a PC, that is.
Where can I find out more about "wing and tail scripting commands" ?

to use them on a PC, I think you have to use the wing and tail scripting commands

As per usual top 10!
I was so wrapped up in forum topics about "set color" script options for these I forgot to vote!
Although cool ideas like "Greed Dragon Disiples" become an option we are unfortuantly limited to the skins and colors that the player chooses since we do not have the option of changing that in game :(
As far as Im concerned this should be implemented in the last patch of NWN with the option to change skin and hair colors...because the PLT works off of those.
Great work Lisa, 100%!

Awesome work, Lisa. It's wonderful how you can still surprise me, even if I'm on DLA too :-) This open a lot of new possibilities. play a green dragon disciple anyone? _________________________ Gale

Personally, I'd rather hope CEP V2.X will include these. Would greatly reduce how many wings they have to include me thinks.. _________________________ Itinerant Admin: RPGModding.com - Where Modders Muster.
