Note on DDS :

DDS files are a collection of several resized images (5-9) that in theory are used at different distances, and can cause candystriping in NVIDIA cards, while TGAs dont. Candystriping can usually be cured with a driver rollback.

I can't believe I haven't voted on this yet. This just goes to show what a little retexuring a few new tiles can do to make a old tileset look completely new. Thanks for the good work. I hope you have some more new stuff up your sleeve this year.

DDS is not supported by several old video cards. And there's absolutely no difference which version you're using on your PW, theoretically it may be even tetureless to improve the performance. Even more: server is supposed to use only wok-files instead of mdls, so the serverside hak may have the models themselves deleted.
That's what I know in theory, but never tested myself.

What's the difference between the TGA and DDS version? Something to do with the types of resources a PC can use? If I'm using this on a PW, which should I use to build with so that everyone will be able to see?

No idea. It was released as module-independant, and firstly made for a PW use. I don't know if anyone had used it for a single-player module.

There should be plenty around hyere on the vault and a custom content subforum on DLA and Bioware NWN forums. Try asking there if you have questions.
