This is the third release of my hak that modifies PRC crafting system and adds crafting of some CEP items and standard Bioware items as well (see changelog or list to see what's included). It is made primarily for the Roleplay Persistent World "Legacy of Netheril", hence the heightened Caster Level requirements (level 21 for +6 items, level 24 for +7 items, etc.) and some changed crafting requirements (like Avariel, Fey'ri or Pixie race from the "dead" original "Fly" requirement - as these races are capable of limited flight on the server). Some changes are to correct the bugs in PRC 3.0d crafting 2das and some changes are arbitrary (like "Spell:Mantle of Egregious Might" instead of "Spell:Wish" and "Spell:Miracle" in the ireq_scrbprot.2da). The hak consists of updated item_to_ireq.2da, fileends.2da and the files that are listed at the end of this README.
It requires:
- NWN 1.67 (with both official expansions: "Shadows of Undrendite: and "Hordes of the Underdark")
- CEP version 1.53
- PRC version 3.0d
To install the hak, you just need to put it above prc_misc.hak and prc_craft2das.hak on the custom content list of your module. After that, you need to update item palette of the mod and rebuild PRC database in order to be able to use the new and changed 2das (simply reinstalling the database files from the PRC pack worked for me).
Known issues:
a) ireq_bracarm0.2da - despite the 2da being a good one Bracers of Armor
+10 cost much more than +9 ones (a few times more, which is strange). I
guess it is a PRC crafting system problem...

- fixed the scribing recipe scrolls bug for the new items
- removed unused fileends.2da
- moved all item recipes to Special/1 (from Special/3)
- added 2nd, non-CEP version of the file (ncp_craft2das_1b.hak - CEP version is lon_craft2das_1b.hak)
- added item requirements to most of the magical instruments in the CEP version (they need now CEP harp, lute or pipes)
- now README.txt is in the archives
I am not sure which file you mean - the WinZip file (the one you downloaded from here) contains 2 files: README.txt (openable in Notepad or WordPad) and one hak file (lon_craft2das_1c.hak or ncp_craft2das_1c.hak). The hak should be moved or copied to hak subdirectory of the NWN directory. After that, you shouldn't have much problems with adding the hak to your modules.

Thanks for the information. However I "unzipped" the file but when I double click the on it (not the WinZip file) It asks me if I want to install WinZip again. If you know how to open it please get back to me
You need to use any program that extracts Zip files - like WinZip, WinRar, unzip, etc. Then you need to move hak file to hak subfolder of your NWN installation (and then add it to the module of your choice).
My brief tests didn't detect any corruption in the files.

My computer does not know what to open the file with and I don't know either. So if anyone could get back to me with what to open it with that would be great.

I am really sorry but I missed the bug in the item_to_ireq.2da that prevented scribing crafting recipes from Amulet of Natural Armor +6, Amulet of Natural Armor +7, and Elixir of Horus-Re. I also removed the unused fileends.2da (it is not used by PRC yet so all it did was take room).

I have updated the README.txt and description as it lacked one important detail in installation instructions (you need to put the hak above prc_2das.hak as well).
