This is a collection of half-finished placeables I had been working on for a module of mine.
It includes a number of placeable VFX and objects that are suitable for extra-planar/mystical areas.
All of these are fairly resource intensive so use sparingly...I'll be uploading a demo module that shows them off as well.
Here's a rough list of what's included...for more detailed descriptions see the readme.txt file in the HAK:
1) Wall Of Force, Blocking
A placeable, animated wall of force with a walkmesh to prevent passage through it.
2) Wall Of Force, Walkthrough
A placeable, animated wall of force without a walkmesh...in other words you can walk through it...handy if you want to display a field that damages/affects characters when they walk through it
3) Placeable Fogs 1 through 5
Small Placeable Fogs...these do not tint based on are lighting and have no PWK
4) Placeable Energy point
Pure eye candy...a small animated point with a lensflare...no use nodes or anything...feel free to add them though.
5) Placeable Area Mist
A large placeable mist sufficient to cover a 5X5 area...this will tint based on area lighting.
6) Placeable Floor Shimmer
A large emitter designed to make a floor shimmer sufficient to cover a 5X5 area.
7) Hellish Spike
A large bone-like spike sticking out of the ground. Doesn't have proper use/target nodes or chunk emitters.
8) Hellish Tusk
A large bone-like Tusk sticking out of the ground. Doesn't have proper use/target nodes or chunk emitters.
9) Hellish Spiral-Horn
A large Spiraling Bone/horn sticking out of the ground. Doesn't have proper use/target nodes or chunk emitters.
10) Hellish Obelisk
A large Evil looking obelisk with emitters and a fadeable top portion. Doesn't have all proper nodes or a chunk emitter.
11) Border Rocks
Large Rock formations for forming static irregular borders around an area....NOTE: THE SECOND ONE DOESN'T HAVE A PWK or FADEABLE CAP YET...IT'S JUST A ROUGH MODEL
12) Floating runes
More eye-candy...floating runes that have on and off animations.
By all means go right ahead...They're up here for people to make use of however they can.

It's an engine issue you cannot avoid, so, it's better to make 5x5 placeable a little smaller: 4x4 plane already doesn't give that effect.
