This hak pak uses the Adventure Gear backpacks and scrollbag within the new 1.68 cloak system. This way, it does not require any scripts to run.
Additionally, since I am using Rideable Horses in my module (hopefully released this winter) I have created a unique way of handling the packs for horse compatibility. (see pics)
In the package, you get two back packs (One loaded up with a Bow, Quiver and Torch, the other only has the coil of rope hanging from the side) and a scrollbag with shoulder strap with a pack.
I loved the packs, but seems that it won't get fix... tried all the steps, but nothing works!
I want use it in my module. This hak can't be forgot!

*snif* still not workin' for me... even with cep2 installed now. But if i haven't fixed the problem, i have more details on it :
BACKPACK EQUIPPED doesn't display correctly on all races from both sex.
SCROLLBAG doesn't display correctly on human & Half-elf from both sex.
BACKPACK doesn't display correctly on human & Half-elf from both sex.
that's all... hope it inspires someone. _________________________ Project Q

I think I may have narrowed down the problem, and it doesn't seem to be a tlk issue. Since I have a lot of custom content in my own module I started with the CRAP base mod with the updates you suggested. The packs worked fine with that. Then I switched out the CRAP Tlk file for my own, and the packs still showed up fine. Then I began switching out the haks for my own (using the PWARP version of CEP2 btw)Long story short I was able to switch out all of the haks except the crpbase312 hak, and adding that hak to my own custom haks and CEP2 in a new module fixed the problem.
The description of the CRAP base hak states that it includes "10 new custom animations (the best of Vaei's and some C.R.A.P. team originals". I had Vaei's animations in my module originally, but I removed them because they broke the 1.68 cloaks (made them look like cardboard cut-outs). Is it possible that this is where the conflict is?

Hey Rosietreats ;)
I was already using your ancient VFX scripts and i'm a fan ! great job !
:( But i have the same probleme than Silverdragonams... Even with the VFX scripts before this release, till i downloaded the 1.68 update, bags was suddenly appearing like a belt (for Human Male only...) o_Ô and some robes (132,137,200) was bugging too, for some mâle races. So i took your update right here (happy to see you updated it so fast), and bugs still appear but differently now (like Silver described it) So i hope you'll find out soon !! wish i could help, and as i said, great job anyway.

something very strange.
I have tested with many races and both male and female in the big module I am working on... everything is fine, shy of some slight alignment details in the 'stance' mode.
However, I tried building a new module, fresh... and I'm getting the same problem. The hak files are exactly the same... hmmm
Holy cow! Thanks for pointing that out...
I shall look into that right away! Yikes!
It worked great for me with my test subjects, but as I am always playing a female human, I am absolutely amazed to hear this...
I will get it fixed... or find out why that is happening to you!
Take care
These are a wonderful idea and they look great, but I am having some difficulties with them.
I tried all three packs on several models and most of them looked funny. On human females for example, the back pack shows up with the bedroll sticking to her left arm, the Equipped Backpack is sideways and poking through her body, and the pack for the scroll case shows up right, but the scroll case itself floats several feet in front of her. On the other hand, all three show up fine on the halfling female except the torch on the Equipped Pack is sideways and poking through her arm. There were similar problems with the other races and they were different for both genders.
If its something I'm doing, then I'm at a loss as to what it could be. I followed the directions in the readme exactly. I put it into a clean module with no other haks. There's nothing in my override folder. I even downloaded it and went through the process a second time in case the first was a corrupted hak. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thank you all... I'm glad you like it.
I truly appreciate your kind words and support :)
Just kinda makes a person want to keep on creating stuff... which is what I'm doing right now! :)
You wouldn't believe how many resource this saves me with future work.
I've always loved using those packs. But now that they work this smoothly, I actually have the opportunity to remove a lot of material that was necessary in order to use the VFX function. BioWare just saved me BigTime!
And Lisa... I think those cloak models are absolutely beautiful! Just love'em!!!

Very nice. They seems to be really "travelling". And you have gave me great hint with this to create a new model. Thanks.

Top stuff and wonderful use of the new Cloak system.
Thanks!
Yeah, this new slot should open up some great possibilities...
But I truly love the new cloaks that it came with!
What a great selection... and very top-notch!
Mandragon updated his DyeKit so we can color them in-game, too!
Hi Steve!
You are always GREAT!!! :)
