I have been working on a variety of reskins of Bioware tilesets which I have had lying around for some time, to bring them up to scratch for a release. Here is the first - there is definitely more to come. Simply un-7zip into your override folder, and so it begins...

Hello sixesthrice!
I liked very much this reskin! However, I intend not override the oficial campaign, and used this only in a module (to make a contrast with Anauroch and, for example, Raurin desert)Maybe you can make a rapid hak version? please, please!
Thank you,and forgive my bad english _________________________ unknown
Impressive work, my friend, the level of realism is outstanding, just as I expected from you. It works great with the 1.69 re-skins I have been shuffling myself, though I must point out something that came to mind:
Not that it is phisicaly wrong, but conceptualy speaking, I think the wood, tent and cactus textures are out of place. You see, the overall theme is grainy and sandy, so to speak, rough and coarse, as if the scenarios are constantly beset by sandstorms and ages of ruin. I love the idea, as it is exactly what DLA went with in their rural/castle work. However, the previously mentioned textures seem out of place regarding the overall theme, as they are too "clean"
I made some easy photoshop changes to the Bioware texture you used for wood, turned it a little more ocre and gold, but since I am not as talented as you, couldn't make it look grainy and sandy, as you did with cliffs, rocks, walls, etc. Perhaps you may agree on this, and give such textures the same grainy and sandy look you did to the rest.
On the other hand, I found something to be curious: Your desert road has cobblestones covered by sand, which looks great in a town or an old temple entrance, but makes no sense in deep-desert areas, as it is highly unlikely anyone would have made cobblestone roads. This is why Bioware went for the dry, solid-sand look of their desert roads.
As I said, these are some suggestions regarding concept, and not aesthetics, but I hope you find them useful, in the spirit of making a marvelous re-skin even better.
Anyway, great work, and let us hope you do something about the Cave/Mine, Snow Rural, Ice Cave, Crypt and Dungeon tilesets, seeing as those are the ones having a sre-skin long overdue!!
I remember you mentioned "nothing" could make Rural look nice, but I think my re-skin is way cool. Actually, it is my favorite tileset now!! If you want, I can send some samples to you, seeing as I plan to release the textures as a whole once they are all ready. I was hoping you would allow me to include your very own re-skins, not to claim credit, of course, but to provide the community with a single pack of textures to completely change the aspect of Neverwinter Nights!!
OK. Completely rechanged what's on this page. The dungeon reskin from years ago is now gone, and in it's place shall be quite a few reskins, with time.
Heh, this tileset was for a module long before I even knew how to script a guy saying 'hello, my dear chap'.
The other module I have screenshots of on the vault turned out to be way too big a project to complete. I all but drowned in the dialogue I had to write for it, and it just got too much to handle - that's not to mention the hours spent writing legions of simple variable scripts.
Not so bad. However I think that compressing this file in any form. Even in zip would save the time for download and room for storage. So, if would so kind and do it I suppose that many would be grateful.
