All speak file is clean. actually... the medieval-style architecture is -exactly- what he intended it to be, if you read into his earlier posts / replies, he specifically states that this is intended to be similar to the "Crusades" type of setting, where medieval buildings -were- built in desert settings... and on that note, he delivers it rather well IMHO :o)

Greetings from the Ishtara Gnoll Clan, Many thanks, PC Maniac, for a nice new Tileset in which we can hunt prey, wage war, thump anyone we don't like the look of and generally make a nuisance of ourselves... Gnoll are like that... The somewhat 'European' look of many of the buildings in this Tileset seems to have been a small bone of contention for some and whilst I agree that some of the textures are not as 'deserty' as they might be, personally I like that. BioWare's Desert Tileset and MGSkaggs Desert City have most desert themed needs covered with a little assistance from custom placeables. This Tileset therefore serves to add to what can be done, for example, a town cruelly shifted from a comfortable rural setting to the midst of a trackless desert for nefarious purposes by some Obvious Twisted Sinister Fiend... For certain storylines, the 'conflict' of textures here could be very useful. I'm all in favour of new and different Tilesets. Aesthetics apart, the textures in this Tileset are excellent, nice and sharp, and the assorted elements should give the imaginative module builder plenty to play with. Another useful addition to the worlds of NWN. PS:- Maniac, I look forward to seeing a fully completed version of 1001 A.N - It's looking good. Keep up the good work!
