This was a request by Fester Pot. I had alot of fun making it. This is a static placeable, there are no destroy animations. also there is no 2da included. Cheers to everyone on the NWConnections mIRC channels!

fantastic. in a creepy and uncomfortable way!
I will definitely be making a creature out of this that I'll send you to post here.
I cannot think of anything scarier for a player than being chased by miniature evil clowns.
