Description
A CEP longdagger reskin, with a handle that contains a transparent chamber filled with sea serpent venom, and an enchanted poisonous blade, whose venomous texture is animated to move in a snakelike fashion...

Replaces Dagger Parts : Blade 22, 4 and Handle 22, 4

Compatible with all versions of CEP.

The orb of the moons sounds *very* faithful to the classic Ultima games! I'll be looking forward to seeing that and the red and blue moongates when you release them to the Vault. I'ts good to see more Ultima content for Nwn1, it definately makes for many fantastic possibilities for modules.

Myself, I've made some Ultima content for both Nwn1 and Nwn2. For Nwn2, I released a prefab area of Serpent's Hold from Ultima Online, and for Nwn1 I made an Ultima music pack expanded from Horace's old one, a Gem of Seeing script from Ultima 3, a camping system based on the Tent item from the NES version of Ultima 3, and last but not least a portrait of Exodus for use as an NPC/Boss enemy for Ultima mods.

Also, for use with the In-Game Maps system, I released a map pack which features onscreen maps for every world in the Ultima series from Sosaria all the way to Tokuno and Malas from UO. I don't think Savage Empire or Martian Dreams were included in my set, though.

I also worked with MokahTGS on a yet unreleased prefab for Dagger Isle and Northern Moonglow for his/her Nwn2 Ultima project, but I had to quit the project due to a heap of real-life problems that came up around then.

So, you could say I'm a huge fan of bringing Ultima to Neverwinter Nights.

Thx Chaos, Ill be happy to post moongate scripts, both red and blue of course :)

I also have an orb of the moons that makes a moongate to a different area depending on were you click the ground, ala u7, it even applies KD and minor damage for bad gates, ala ultima VII :)

One question.... wherever did you come by that *excellent* Moongate placeable shown in the pics? If it is available someplace on the Vault, could you post a link to it so us fans can download? Something like that would be essential for every Ultima fan to use in their remakes, and certainly a thing I would be *very* interested in. I know an FX version was made for Nwn2, but I'd way prefer an Nwn1 version... since, when and if I get around to my Ultima Mod, it's going to be released for Nwn1. Thanks in advance for any info, and I truly appreciate the work that must have gone into the Dagger of Venom. It's top-notch stuff, for certain! :D

One of my favorite weapons, other than the Black Sword, from Ultima 7! More than once... I included it in the Pnp games I used to DM as well, way back in the day. This gets a complete 10.00!

And yeah, a black blade with green runes moving along its blade would be pretty cool, ill see what we can come up with. I know there are plans for an "ether blade", ie black with blue stars moving around inside it.

I DO appreciate the input, but test it out in the editor or ingame, and you'll see what i mean about how runes would just blur in. It's because of the water/lava like texture. Well be releasing more U7 stuff soon, so will see what we can come up with :)

It really is a lovely looking weapon ingame :)

ummm, Why Runes?

The poison dagger didn't have them, and besides, the blade is animated, lol, runes wouldn't show up (they would be blurred into the venom... (look at it ingame to see)

Found a great description (from the Codex of Editable Wisdom)

"A coward's weapon, a shameful weapon, a forbidden weapon... and therefore a effective weapon. Developed by the assassins of Britannia for effective and fast murder. This shimmering green dagger is actually the enchanted tooth of a poisonous sea serpent, joined to the hilt of a regular dagger. Its envenomed blade injects the slow poison into its victim, but it frequently breaks. Murderers and criminals love to use this weapon, even if only for the cruelty factor."
