This hak is custom content meant for armistice, a starcraft nwn rp. It adds a Zergling appearance and soundset, although the soundset is called "encircling scale"....
...I don't normally mess around with tlk files...

Fix seems to work fine, loaded up in toolset, other than about 20 blank buffer lines at top of voiceset list, it looks great.

Great models I *seem* to have gotten past the file rename problem. I extracted vs_Zling.hak, manually renamed with the dos shell, and used tlkedit to add it back into the file. I have to test, but for now it's showing as an ssf in the hak.
I am very glad to hear the cause of the problem has been determined. These are both very nice models, and I hope to include them in my upcoming Barrier Peaks module. I am also looking forward to any additional science fiction creatures or content you create. Thanks very much for sharing these with the NWN community! _________________________ - Invisig0th
unfortunately, nothing was forgotten. There is some sort of error in the packer program. The ssf files are being renamed to .hak, but the data is still ssf. I am still trying to find a solution for this. as soon as I have it fixed I will update both the hydralisk and zergling.
This soundset, like the soundset for the hydralisk, doesn't work. I believe you are missing the required SSF file for the soundset at the very least. Also, the HAK file that is located inside this HAK file seems to be completely wrong, since it's not a valid HAK file. Perhaps some things were left out by mistake. Please consider correcting these, so that builders can properly use this very nice model that you clearly put a lot of work into. _________________________ - Invisig0th
