The hak contains three placeable display cases. What makes them unusual is that they are glass display cases. Suitable for fine retailers and wealthy merchants everywhere, these display cases are state of the art and are said to even repel the curious fingers of Kender (well as long as you are watching them carefully). Also included is a custom glass environment map for use in other glass creations. A tutorial exists elsewhere on the Vault showing how the glass modifier is applied to an object in NWN.

A shame that we can't place other objects inside of the cases... _________________________ The VIVE NWN Project.

Nice additions for those fussy shop keepers who don't want people fingering their goods.

Pogo: It has to do with the Static setting. If set to static, the game seems to treat the object differently. A similiar issue happens with the ithillid giant test tube if you set it to static. You can not see PC's and useable placeables through the tubes glass.
If the placeable is not a usesable placable; in addition to unchecking the Useable box also uncheck the Static box. In game, you should then see the glass and the placeable will not highlight as useable.

These are great placeable. I am having a small problem though. I can't see the glass. In the toolset I see it fine. It looks very neat. But in game I do not see the glass at all. Any idea why?

These look great and take up very little space. I'd like to see some where you can put your own weapons/items inside the case, and assuming that's impossible how about a few more with weapons, wands, etc.
Thank you for this great new stuff and for not overpromoting yourselves.
