Hello everyone,
New! Placeable fish now included, along with a giant catfish and a collosal catfish. Placeables include fish lying flat, perfect for a plate or a frying pan, fish hanging singly and in triples, and fish mounted for display.
This fish pack now contains the following skinmesh, animated fish:
Bass, Bluegill, Bullhead, Catfish, Coho Salmon, Northern Pike, Trout, Yellow Perch, and Walleye. Also in the pack is a giant catfish and a collosal catfish, by request. 11 fish in all.
Included in the download is a hak file, "jfk_fish06.hak", an .erf file, "jfk_fish06.erf, and a small demo module file, "JFK_Fish06".
To use, put the .mod in your modules folder, the .erf in your .erf folder, and the .hak in your hak folder. Associate the .hak file with a module you want to use it in, and import the .erf file to have the creatures appear in the palette (or make your own entries, of course). The placeable fish are found under Custom, Placeables, Misc. Interior (for the flat fish), and Parks & Nature.
I hope people like the fishies.
The orignal meshes and textures for the Bass and Trout are from Bioware, included in the 1.69 patch for NWN. I turned them into skinmeshed creatures. Thanks to Brian Chung for all he's done for this game! God Bless you, Brian.

Thanks, Oseryn and Khuzadrepa, for your kind words and votes. I really like knowing you're enjoying the fish. I will work on adding in flat placeables of all the fish models. Probably in a week's time. Note that you can use the 'club' appearances for the Bioware bass and trout fish, to simulate a placeable until I add them in. Take care! These are really spectacular! My favorite is the salmon, very pretty :) Excellent job and hope to see more stuff from you!! I didn't see a trout or bass with the placeables, or am I just missing them?

Updated the pack today. Included is the requested giant catfish, and a collosal catfish to boot. Also included are placeables of most of the fish, some mounted on wall boards, some on their sides, and some hanging from 'insert imaginary line'. I hope folks like them. Big big. And possibly skinned a little darker Could maybe try for one of those big Wels catfish that exist as a basis maybe. Gotta have giant river fish to eat up all the small ones :p
