These are ambient sounds used by the "Dragonlance Chronicles Reborn"-PW-Project (DLCR). It's a small collection of basic sounds (settlement, wind - so no special Dragonlance-sounds) converted to mono, so they can be used with the placeable soundobjects (= "Paint Sounds").
