Could use a little more work. The textures look a little soft. A darker color for the hair/cap(?) might be better. This one is a little too close to his flesh color. Also, he looks like he's wearing a metal glove and the sahuagin foot is a little odd.

Very nice screenie. Haven't tried it out, but I'm gonna probably put it in a module of mine! :)
