This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 4.00 then rounded to 4.

I really dig the wand and need it for my campaign, one
problem though. What 2da file(s) do i edit to get this in
my mods? can u email you 2da to me that would allow this to
work?
