A simple edit of the water drips placeable model and texture to make a dripping blood placeable.
Zip file contains the edited model file, tga and dds textures and a text file with suggested 2da entries.
I tried getting a screenshot of this but it's really hard to see. Just close your eyes and picture the water drips being dark red and less transparent.
