The flame sword looks like Rurik's from Guild Wars! =)

The Shadowblade looks awesome...
(Or at least I'm naming it that.)

Hi v3par,

These swords look fantastic!

I want to use them in my PW but I am not sure how this works.

I have put your file in my Override folder but appearance 18 does not appear when I try to make a greatsword in the toolset with the new looks.

Can you or someone explain to me exactly what I need to do? Sorry if I am missing something obvious. :)

Thanks,

Blue

If you put this in your override folder,I believe they'll also pop up in the acual game if you craft a greatsword to the desired appearrance.

ShadowySweetness -> all content placed in override folder just overrides original game resources so it appear in all modules no matter what content they're using. but hakpaks must be added to module (with toolset) and yes the module must be somehow "prepared" to use that hakpak.

these swords are using model nr 18 which doesnt exist in original game resources so it cant be overrided by placing content of this hakpak to override folder.

just look for content for override folder and that content will appear in all of your modules :)

my english is limited and i dont know if i can explain that exactly what i think of it ;)

Hello v3par,
Thank you very much for responding:)
That bytes lol...
So if one is said to put in your override folder it should work? and if it is just a hak not for a certain mod and does not go on to override it probably wont?..
Sorry I just wanna make sure I understand right so I know what to look for when searching..
I would have loved to have these as they look awesome:)
Have a Great Day...

ShadowySweetness -> i'm afraid this wont work. even if the module use model 18 and you put content of this hak to override folder the way they are made will make them look at least strange. you may assume that if author for specific heads, armor etc doesnt mention that it can be placed in override folder this will not work "automaticaly" :) most modules must "know" of that specific content if they dont they just dont use it :) i hope this answer your questions :) and i hope i'm not wrong here ;)

anubiseth -> well the first four swords were not created for soul reaver mod but for our PW as a reward for some riddle/quest. i'm a great fan of legacy of kain series so i decided to make them to look like those from soul reaver :)

Great job. I love the black reaver. I still think Soulreaver looks better as a mod in morrowind though.

New swords available. There can be two more swords so if anyone need some custom color let me know. :)
Please note that from now first color of each part is empty.

Dang, v3par. Those look great!

I tried altering the colors of one of your originals, but couldn't make the black one look half as good as that image (I don't know much about modelling, and my black just faded into the surroundings).

If you could post the black one and the red one on here (the model number doesn't matter to me...I can just change it to integrate into my own personal hak), that would be awesome.

As far as the limit on models, I work around that by using the appearance types of 5 through 9. For instance, my attempt at a darkness/shadow blade is model wswgs_t_219.mdl. I get to have more variety, not just the standard 4 different colors of the same appearance. I don't mind taking a few extra seconds in the toolset to shift to a different appearance.

If you are taking your screenshots from within the toolset (not the game), you can set the location of each sword for 1 meter above the floor so the full sword is visible. They look even better that what you've shown here when you can see the full weapon. The three-part cross guards are very cool.

Again, awesome work on all of these.

The Amethyst Dragon -> the problem is (as far as i know) that there can be 4 colors for each part for one type of weapon so if weapon is made from 3 parts you can actualy make 12 diffirent types for one weapon but since one of the color from each part must be "empty" to avoid overlaping the result is 9 diffirent types unless bioware changed something in 1.67 and there can be more than 4 colors :) (i need to check what they changed)

so if You can fit with ideas in 5 colors (9 available and 4 already done) i can make the new ones :)

and btw sorry for my english ;)

If you're taking requests...

How about a few more to fill out the available colors? I like the picture of the black with red "mist" you gave the link for. I have a couple of suggestions for other colors that I think would be appreciated: red, purple (not magenta or indigo), darker blue, and black (with black "mist" instead of red).

If you could add these, it would be awesome. If not, the originals are still incredible looking and appreciated.

I think I'll use one of them for Mordenkainen's Sword... any chance we could have a version suitable for the Black Blade of Disaster?
