This is a duplicated tileset (7MB) for use in NWN. To use the tileset you must add this hak pak to your module. You can then create a new area using a tileset called 'Grains of Sand'. Any user of a module created with this tileset will need this hak pak installed on their system to play the module. Please note that this tileset is a simple reskinning and has no custom geometry (with some extremely small exceptions). As of this version the tools to create custom geometry are not extant, so eventually this desert won't be quite so barren :) This version has severely dimensionally compressed images to make it close to a reasonable download size, *MAKING THE VISUAL QUALITY NOT AS HIGH AS IT COULD BE*. Hopefully in the future these textures will be dds files which will make it even smaller, but with more detail.

Hey, very nice. I like the colours, not too bright. And the dead trees look good, as does the water. Thanks! _________________________ "A Hippie's Tale", a colouful little module: Link
well, its an additional skin for the desert tileset, but i hate low-res textures and a download of 15MB would only take 5 minutes for me, so why can't you upload two versions if you already have done them?

Great tile set, thank you. _________________________ It's not important what you achieve in your life. What is important is that what you leave behind when you die.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 19 that made this score of 8.31 then rounded to 8.

GREAT STUFF! I'm so happy to see that somebody like
yourself took the time to build NWN fans the kind of
tileset that was required by many. My realm Vastonia is
over 50% desert and waistlands, so my hat goes off to you
for creating something that truely helps my realm become
reality.
Please, by all means, send updates to my email address as
you continue this hak pak.
Cheers!

I also was angered that Bioware was leaving out the best
type of terrian around. Thanks a lot! This is all I'll be
using for now on ;).

Thanks!!! These extra tilesets are wonderful! The more
the merrier. Can you only have one HAK per module? So if
you wanted an area in desert and an area in winter, will
you need to combine the HAKs? Thanks again for making this
stuff available!

in the initial release.
