Oi, I'm starting to hate rune. The model looks awesome and all, really well done, but it looks like the complete opposite of what a dwarf would make. Good job, zoome.
To sum up: zoome rocks; rune, not as such.

Excellent detail! Perfect weapon for a dwarf, although it might look a little weird with a more "human" proportional model.

I'll attest to that - The reason the texture doesn't show up the same in RUNE is because of enviormental texture mapping settings. It would be far cooler, I think if Human Head just left it as it appears here.
RUNE is a great game - and the weapons are fantastic - the viking longsword in RUNE would make an excellent greatsword in NWN.
Same thing with the Roman Broad Sword, however that just wouldn't be the same with out the marauding cleave animation, lol.
Either of the Dwarven hammers I think would be cool too.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 7 that made this score of 9.57 then rounded to 10.

actually, the texture IS straight from the game RUNE, no changes made, about the size, I tried it when it was bigger and it only looked weird in the game so I scaled it down a bit....=)

as much as it is the dwarven battle sword from rune, make no mistake that is not the exact replica =P on rune the sword is actually alot longer and much less graphic, usually just a chrome stainless steel blade. thought id add that comment, but i like that new texture anyway, it still looks funny compared to the rune blade
now for god sakes, take rune textures made by rune people, like sting, i wish i could remember the site, its been so long, but if you could get a hold of the textures of custom made weapons, you could make some real bad +blocked+ weapons

if anyone knows how to fix the pictures for the swords(that appear in the inventory) please let me know so I could fix them....

In the inventory screen the pictures for the sword (and the two from Sword of Darkness) do not show up correctly. The have a black mask over the top which only allows an image similar to one of the original Greatswords to show the through. Do you have any ideas how I can get the show up right. The actual tga files look perfect. It only happens in the toolset or in the game.
