This is a simple modification of the Halls of Advanced Training by Jack. All I've done is add 20 more levels to the Silver Dragon. ZaxoPac has added all the items from both expansions to purchase as well.
I also got the "made with newer resources error" I wonder if it could be that while I have HotU, I don't have SoU. Maybe you could look into it.

Greetings! I've already got HOTU 1.61 but I still couldn't open the mod. It keeps saying that it was made with newer versions of the toolset and/or game resources. Please help me!

OK, I've relented and made the file rar format. If you had explained to me that the file was automatically opening in Winamp, or showing unreadable characters on your browser and it was not doing that after you downloaded it, I might have done this when you first brought it up. As it was I was looking at another file on the vault that had this problem when I finally I udnerstand what you were talking about. If any other file in the future gives you this problem you can right-click and choose to save it instead. As for your level 20 problem I'm not sure. It works fine for me. Normally you only get that problem if you don't have HotU but since this is flagged for HotU required that's likely not your issue.

The module works except once I talk to the Silver Dragon and acknowledge exps to 40 levels, the module only lets me level-up to 20 total levels.

I've given the Gold Dragon the same conversation as the Silver Dragon. Not sure why Jack had two identical scripts but oh well. They'll both raise you to level 40 now. I've dropped a Svirf in the room in case you want to change your alignment.

whatever... please see the CODI and DL editorial about it.

uh, i think EVERYONE knows what ZIP is -- even if no-one knows what rar is! please zip it! remember that almost all "regular users" have Winamp installed (it was packaged with Netscape and AOL IM for years!) and Winamp always associates the .mod file format with itself. if you really are looking out for the "common user" then you'll put this in a ZIP file (natively supported by WinXP which is the pre-install OS of choice for past 2 years) instead of leaving it as a MOD! thank you for your time.

I chose not to rar it because some people still can't seem to figure out how to work a popular and excellent compression program. if someone can't figure out how to drop a .mod file into the modules directory I don't think they should be playing NWN. since the file is small I'll just leave it as is to make it as easy as possible.

Zip it pleese, raw .mod files for many browsers will open in a seperate window, and in the worst case it'll open in winamp or some other player since .mod is the good old extension for music files from the Amiga days :)

Good good. I was glad to see the extra levels and the new epic level equipment added. Only negatives for me is the fact that you only have 5K gold pickups. I prefer the 100k, 10k, 1k script used in other versions of the halls for better customization options. Also, bringing some more equipment in would be nice. But more equipment is always good. Even with those two minor points, this is very nicely done. lets me create perfectly leveled characters for modules and offers me a lot of flexiblity when trying out new builds of characters
