Description
This is the updated version of the first installment of a series. It contains various small fixes, new items, dynamically created map notes, improved difficulty balance and added character portraits (a list of these changes can be found in the text file that comes with the zip). It is set in a world inspired by Planescape: Torment, Brom, gothic, fetish and other sources. This first part should take your character to level 2 or 3, and serves as an introduction. The next installment will be much larger and focused on building the character up for the main plot thread. To install, just put the .mod file into the NWN\modules folder, and the .hak file into the NWN\hak folder.
Hi, I heartily enjoyed the first segment of this series. The atmosphere really came together: the npc names, the dialogues, the equipment, the architecture. Overall, a very immersive and compelling fantasy. In regard to finishing the second segment, please remember that sometimes perfection must take a back seat to creation. I'm a creative type myself, and I've learned through experience that a half-baked creation far exceeds no creation at all. In other words, if chapter 2 isn't as beautiful as chapter 1, I'll still play it and enjoy it. =]
