Well Mandate was very popular at one time, and due to some life changes, and other things. I couldn't afford to keep running the server. So here it is, it's a Persistant World. Not a single player module.

Good for the most part, but there are some area transition problems and the underwater slowing ability didn't disappear when I returned to land.
Some quests aren't given either.

A friend and i want to host this module, i have a good conenction 8 mbit down 1mbit up and if any of the old dms wanna play there even if they cant afford a server, be my guest, you can DM aswell, its yer server after all.

WinRAR does do somethings very well.
