This module is a puzzle-oriented adventure intended for a single session of play. The game was designed to be run with Enforce Legal Characters on, and Item Level Restrictions off. It is best played by a group of 4-7 characters of 3rd level, although the DM can adjust most of the encounters on the fly if necessary if the players are of different levels or numbers. This game was not designed for solo play and in fact a player running the module without a DM will themselves unable to exit the tavern where the adventure begins. I was going to script the wizard NPC so that the module could be played solo, but I ultimately decided that the nature of the game was such that a DM's presence was preferred. Included in the ZIP is a complete DM's guide to the adventure. NOTE: updated version 1.3, added 9-20-03. Includes a new final challenge area and updated DM's guide.

Excellent puzzle oriented module that can be completed in one evening (2-3 hours)and works as a nice introduction to what a DMed session with Neverwinter Nights can look like. _________________________ -Festivus

Would've been a 10 with a bit more story, but definitely one of the best!

What a blast!
I hacked this a bit so I could play it without a dm (I don't like to dm a mod without first playing it) and I was very impressed! I can't wait to run it again as a dm. Thanks!

This is Lazybones at his very best.
This short module is prefect as a short DMed module. It can easily be run in 3 housr, and offers lots of chance for the players to get to know each other, and for each of the classes to shine.
The new ending is probably an improvement over the old one, although I must admit to being fond of the old one since thats the way I first played through it.
Great module - cant fault it.

I am using this MOD as my NWcon game. Thanks for making such a well designed MOD, this one runs so smooth, the only need for a DM is at the beginning. This is a great MOD for beginning DM's to learn how to DM.

I've just uploaded version 1.3 of the module. Includes a newly redesigned final challenge area (the puzzles in the original "Library" proved too complex for the various playtest groups), "The Hall of Summons."
This module will be featured in the NWCon to be hosted at Neverwinter Connections, October 25-November 2, 2003.

Great! The included documentation made it much easier to DM. I used this as my first DM attempt and found it to be a great experience.
Thanks for the hard work.
