Short and straightforward...quite some fun, thanks.
It would have been nice to know the resting limits a little earlier (fortunatly I had a cleric in there, a wiz would have been doomed I think).

Oli,
A few thoughts. I tried the module with a Monk/ Shadowdancer PC (7/3). It seemed to be ok but the Pc was cursed. Without access to "Remove Curse" spell or a temple I then gave up.
Minor point - the barracks and windmill shop are in complete darkness i.e. no torches burning. Could not find Bidok - downloaded an hour or so ago. Which leads to lack of info regarding the situation the PC finds (but Bidok deals with this).
regards

Bidok, a halfling has now been added to the Inn. He has an extra store, quest, items, and lots of background information on Nightwood

This was my first module, and I did not plan to update it as such... However if you are looking for a better and improved module may I suggest getting the sequel to this, When Darkness Falls. This has a much better storyline and is well worth downloading.

Well you asked for some feed-back, right! This mod has some good features, however it falls flat in most areas.
minor spoilers
-there is almost no story line. A hack and slash adventure still needs to be developed somewhat. Try making some background up to help make players interested
-the town is hardly worth saving. Little interaction, few stores, no additional story. When the town got destroyed, I didn't care at all.
-you mention 4 hrs of play,it took me about 30 minutes, since there is little to do.
Your combat encounters were good, the drow were esspecially tough, and I thought the setting(s) were well done. Hopefully this is just a start and you can build on this adventure to improve it.
