Description
The module is not intended as a die hard role-playing module with millions of different endings for each alignment, race, and class combination to finish the game. And although there is quite some combat, dont think that A Fairytale Fantasy is a massive blood slaughter game either. The module is mainly a light-hearted story based linear adventure. A Fairytale Fantasy is designed for those people who want a change for a few hours from the high fantasy drow/orc/goblin/dragon high-fantasy-forgotten-realms-modules. Such modules are fun but a change of pace is fun too! As you might suspect from A Fairytale Fantasy, it is based on fairytales. It draws from many fairytales and combines them in a fun and light-hearted adventure. SoU and HotU required.
A cute, fun mod with a couple of rough spots. The titles in the beginning movie went by a little too fast for their length and two of the corpses near the end remained hostile. On the plus side, it was interesting enough to keep me playing despite the fact that I don't usually like mods with pregenerated PCs.

You need to explore the town before all that... I play and finish this mod. I like some points and dislike others. The mood is respected, the story well-written et the dialogs excellent. There is also no lethal bug. On the other hand, there are too many fights and too tough generally. The synopsis is almost linear, letting not enough freedom. I give "9.25" but I fear that the author has abandonned NWN and his mods :(

Hello, I've played very little of the game so far, but I'm a bit frustrated. Is it even possible to suceed on the first quest? I've read posts that suggest that you must let the Pied Piper get hung/and or lynched, but I just wanted to be sure. I've gone through the conversation with the mayor several times and the furthest I've gotten is to talk to the "almost dead girl" and hear about the big bad wolf. Am I just supposed to ignore this and go on with the module or is there a way to find out about the children before conversing with the mayor?

Hey everyone - *may contain Spoiler* as far, as I managed to play the mod is very nice. But I have a severe problem, after the returning from hamelin and the following talk to Ciqi, the conversation doesn't continue, after the red riding hood is choosen for queen and she tells me that. Is this a mod-problem - cause with with problem I can't continue the game... Please help me - cause I really wan't to finish it.

I enjoyed this mod very much. I acknowledge that it's not hardcore roleplaying, nor a mod with convoluted plot. It is, however, very original and refreshing. Good use of custom contents, and the writing is very charming. I look forward to the next installment.

I enjoyed this game enough to come vote on it... good job, thanks! To the unamed poster below... if you think America is doing the SiegHeil boogie, do something about it! One person can make a difference. BTW, the author of this mod lives in the Netherlands.
