Item stripping and kneeling bug are still present, but this is a great module.

This vintage module is somehow overrated and can be avoided.

First, I found a number of errors in the description above:

Submitted/Updated: Should be 2002
Roleplay: Should be light (or none)
H & S: Mostly Heavy
Alignment: Should be Good or possibly Neutral. PC should be willing to work with specific Deity (seems to be implied in the story and does not work with Evil character for example).

In terms of class, IMHO the module works best with a Holy Knight (paladin, cleric) and cannot be completed (w/o a reloading) by other classes unless they are immune to disease and/or able to sneak pass the "Hordes of the Underdark". Also since there is an item strip script in the module it would have been interesting to have a pre-generated character provided by the author.

Visuals: 10
The best thing in this module is the specific tileset.

Sound: 7 (Good)

Gameplay/Action: 4
A lot of combats with the same type of foes.
Huge amount of XP per kill. Becomes tedious once your Str or Con drops to 3 with no way to recover. I managed to open a certain door and meet the first boss only to loose the fight (combat balance?).

Documentation: 7

Replayability: 4 (The story is very linear and the choice of character/strategy very limited)

Roleplay: N/A

Fun: 4
The module was interesting up to the point when you re-visit a temple but not really enjoyable after that.

I really enjoyed the module. The storyline is very tight and well thought out. I wish I had done the thief quest before blowing up the world...oh well! Maybe next time. :)

*Ducks away in advance*

This one is still the best of your mods:
a well narrated story driven adventure and all twists and turns simply fit in place.

Happy x-mas, jul or whatever you celebrate ;)

I agree with you. I don't know why I put Heavy Roleplay although at the time of this module there wasn't really any modules out with the real Heavy roleplay tag in my opinion. But yes it shouldn't be heavy. Did you do the thief quest? I know in that dialogue tree there were four choices and three different solutions depending on choice. When I'm done with The Wizard's Wishes I'm gonna try to come back and update this module with more dialogue/roleplaying and newer placeables and cutscene functions. Thanks for playing.

Okay can Someone tell my why this is Roleplay: Heavy ??????

There is no real choice in Conversations
or diffrent possibilitys how to solve a problem or how to finish the quest.

and that a Paladin says something other than a Rogue or Monk in some conversations doesn't change anything.

The story is quite good
but with some real choices and a little more to do before the main quest starts this mod would be good

Good to see you "back in Business", Decclan :-)

I've been almost about to build up a donation page after reading one of your postings on the "souls of time" page =-O

Nice short action mod with a good twist using the desert city tiles.
