The module will scale according to the number of players on the server. It should be playable with more than ten players per army, but the difficulty won't scale beyond that.

The module will scale to match the average level of the players on the server. It works best if all the players are roughly the same level.

Description
Good vs Evil is an action-strategy module for Neverwinter Nights that puts one or more players in command of an army fighting in an epic battle between good and evil. Lead an army of humans, elves, dwarves, orcs or undead on any of three battlefields. Gather mana, secure shrines, summon and command AI troops, deploy artillery and rally soldiers to your banner as you lead your army to victory .. or ignominy.
Good vs Evil supports both co-operative and PvP - you can play with all the players in the same army fighting against the AI, or with players on both sides fighting against each other! See the readme for more information.
Very original module, and very fun! Can't wait for version 2!

Not at the moment, no. Maybe in a future version.

I see enemy AI summoning ogre mages/beserkers etc. Is it possible to summon those types of units as a PC?

A great and innovative mod. A fun short session of NWN that's perfect for LANs. The AI is broken in that it's a crapshoot as to what difficulty you'll get.

Hey, great mod. Just an idea... Could you possibly make some sort of guide for making your own custom levels to tack onto the module? I've tried this myself, but without success.

I've finally had time to get RTS-style build queues working properly. You'll be able to leave a shopping list of troops you want at a shrine, and it will spawn them in as and when it can. So far there's no way to view a build queue's contents or to remove troops from it, but hopefully that should be fairly easy to implement now I've got the basics working. I've also added a winter version of the Ashdale map using SoU's Rural Winter tileset, which seems to be working fine too. It's set out just like the summer version, but it's a nice change of scenery if nothing else. :) I still plan to optimize the level up packages for the rest of the units so they put up more of a fight at high levels, tidy up the shops to reduce their size, and simplify the boss spawning system. Depending on how busy I am at work, I should have a version ready to beta test some time during August. If you're interested in helping out with that, let me know. Thanks again for all the support and suggestions!

The server is called GvE and is listed under Action. Gestalt, you may remember me as Mikuru back when you first created the mod. We used to play all the time. I love this module, and wish I had to time to add more to it. Anyhow, in the meantime, I restructuring my gaming collective, and if I can, I will allocate resources (read: builders) to maintain a permanent server for GvE. Please, keep up the good work, and update your website. ^_^ maiki

What the name of that server Maiki? There's another fellow running Good vs Evil but it is an older version. Without auto-defend the module is a lot harder to play.

Thank you very much!

68.7.156.51:5121 That is a more or less 24/7 server. It may go down every so often, but it will be back up soon afterwards. Updates to ip address will be posted in the EGBT forums. Link maiki
