Into The Stink is a story-driven adventure that takes the player to the unfortunate city of Suncoast. Something is happening in the city's enclosed dump, known locally as the Stink. People are dissapearing inside, and a terrible smell is no longer the only thing coming out. This module was designed to appeal to players who enjoy a story-driven module with plenty of good dialogue and character options. There's plenty to do and plenty to fight around the city of Suncoast, but there are quite a few conversations and cutscenes as well. This module is definitely not pure hack-and-slash, and may not appeal to fans of that genre. Multiplayer support was tested, and didn't give too much trouble. However, where single or multiplayer support was an either/or situation, single player was favored. This module can be a lot of fun for 2 or 3 players, but I do suggest you stick together, and you may wish to forego henchmen to keep the xp coming in.
This would be more fun if the weapon enhancer gave unlimited enhancements. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them. Thanks, Steve

Overall, a good mod. I give high points due to very well-done henchmen, and great writing/dialog. Things to improve would be: area design (outdoor spaces are too big/empty), ending (way too abrupt and rushed!), make the quests a little more cohesive (give the PC a little more incentive to go into the Bandit Forest, for example). The henchmen dialog was great - some more would be nice. Fullerton was hilarious. I used my character that I finished "ShadowGuard" with (Bioware premium module which will never be continued). Was a Fighter-5. Finished with Fighter-6/Weaponmaster-3. Slightly easy since I had a bunch of magic items already, but enough of a challenge to keep me entertained.

I played an older version of this before it came to CEP. The story seemed incomplete at the end and the weapon enchanter could only do 1 enchantment. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them. Thanks, Steve

I'm getting automatic unexpected cutscenes that I can't get out of. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them. Thanks, Steve

yeah - i'm having the exact same issue as you. i get captured by the wizard and then when the dialogue part is over, my game freezes in the movie mode. suggestions would be massively appreciated, because i'm actually really enjoying this mod and not being able to finish it is homicidally frustrating! thanks!
