just reposting my vote comments here!.. What a totally delightful adventure and one well worth replaying!! if only so that I use up my cards rather than hording the big ones!! I also missed completing at least one quest and wonder about the purpose of the East Gate as nothing took us there. Thank you to lebowski for recommending this one!! and thank you to codepoetz for all the hard work to making a truly superb module.

Huh, I go to download this but I'm told by IGN a "Sorry" message and it cannot find the file.

Sal - ***** SPOILERS ***** I may remember incorrectly, but I think that there were some loose tiles in some wall or something. Either it could be found by holding the tab, or perhaps the player character just needed to move slowly around next to the walls. Perhaps it is a search check. In any case, I'm sure you'll find it. And then you'll just need to have the rod with you. _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

Okay, I'm in the jail after killing the guards but don't know how to get out. I have the rusty iron bar but don't know what to do with it.

One more thing: I love the fact that in the stories of yours things do not always turn out to go just as one would hope. There is some feel of loss there, at times. Some tragedy. Which is good. _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

Okay - I really was close to the end, then. So, I rephrase a bit: Are there still plans for the direct sequel? That story would seem to involve some really interesting elements. Anyway, thanks for this one! It was a most enjoyable story. Except that now that I've gone through it, I feel like I need the direct sequel... : ) In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing any new stuff from this author. _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave

I'm not quite through this one yet, but I must say I'm quite impressed. The magic system is very cool. So is the clue book, the use of skill checks and all. I'm glad that I chose to go with a wizard/rogue. I also like the way this series has been built so far: a set of modules the (nice) storylines of which are closely intertwined but parts of which are, nevertheless, independent adventures that do not require that they are played with the same character in order to have everything out of them. If your next mod is such an advancement over this one as this was over The Hand of Fate, it must be pretty professional, indeed. I look forward to playing that. I take it that the next mod in the series takes place in the past. (Has it something to do with Arkat, perhaps?) Were you, at some point, working on a direct sequel to Kiss of Fate, too? If you were, do you still have plans for such a sequel? And if you do, would that sequel be best played with the same character as Kiss of Fate? Several questions there, sorry. But I like the story and the character of mine that has developed in it. If there's more coming, he can wait. : ) Thanks for the brilliant module. _________________________ Forgotten Realms Weave
