The Crypt of Riddles 1 v1.03. You actually have to solve riddles to finish this one. Only 25% hacking and slashing, not recommended for the Diablo style players. Could be single player, but better with a DM. Readmes included in Zip. V1.03 Has added a merchant, a quick portal to the exit once you finish the final chamber, and I've finally found a way to make the 8 door puzzle EASIER without removing any of the challenge.

I just finished it, and I couldn't get the 8th altar riddle. I just guessed the last letter, and eventually got it. :P The stone walker took me a while to see what actually had to be done...With the 8-door room, I forgot I pulled the last lever, then started with all the possibilities starting at the beginning, thanks to my knowledge of counting in binary. Without the last one, it would've taken me a while, but I didn't look up the answer to that one.
Great mod overall. Just wish I got more xp throughout...

I'm more of a hack n' slasher, but for what this is, the few beetles, lever puzzle, and golem puzzle added variety to this module. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them.

This module is Something Different(TM). It is not amazing plot-wise, it mostly doesn't seem to matter what level you play as except for a few fights, but it is fun nevertheless since it has riddles and the system actually works, unlike many examples of such. It was enough to make me want to try out CoRII, which was even better.

its not right on the second floor(area) of the crypt, the secpnd door the one that had to do with the elements and royalty and the answer was r i got frustrated and just said dammit open the door only i left the r off of door by accident and finished it with the letter the door was opened and i got through. what are the chances of opening the door by accident like that fell free to hit your heads and laugh

We just tried to start the crypt of riddles, but we couldn't get teleported to the crypt after getting the crown. When he asks if we are ready to leave, we say "certainly", but he goes to the answering questions dialog instead of teleporting us to the crypt. Has anyone had the same problem/know how to fix it?
