*Archon357, I'm glad you played the sequel as well and that you came in as the 30th vote! :D When it comes to if the characters you mentioned were reminescent to Chrono Trigger, then you're very right. ;) That was greatly inspired by CT and I think it played out pretty well. :) Yeah, I've noticed the bugs from the trail and the "Aurora-knockout" as well. I'll try and get around to fixing them sometime later. I'm honored to hear you compare Surviving Horror 2 to that of Eleiga/Excrucio Series! :D I enjoyed those very much and think them to be one of the best NWN-mods out there. THANK YOU! :P YOU'RE VERY WELCOME AND THANKS FOR PLAYING! :D _________________________ /Berra - NWN1 modules: Berra's Module Collection (All of Berra's NWN1 works) Interviews: NWN-PODCAST INTERVIEW & GOLDEN DRAGON AWARD INTERVIEW. Well, I just finished the module... it's longer than CBtS and it took me less time to finish it. There's something really wrong with me. Now, high praise goes, ofcourse to the gameplay and the flow of the mod (this is where I probably sound like a broken record). The music was very nicely incorporated, the use of lightning and placeables was great and overall, the mod gives off a pretty strong atmosphere and feel. The recomended class was fighter\barbarian\paladin. Played thru CBtS with a paladin, but I had a mid-level class crisis, and decided to take the recomended class... liberaly. So I played an Arcane Archer, and that made the module sorta easy, since I had ridiculous DEX and a high AC in turn. So basicaly, I took a very small amount of hits and just kept prancing around the enemies, jabbing two arrows in them for every attack they tried. It was fun never the less. --------SPOILERS---------- Again, the story didn't move me too much. Just like in CBtS I have aversions to saving the whole universe and stuff like that. And the whole "I have the light with me" stuff rubbed me in the wrong direction. Some twists were rather nicely done, but everything ended too perfectly. The destruction of the Death Prayer looked AMAZING and is probably one of the best visuals I have seen in NWN alltogether. When the reality colapsess, and you enter the "unknown" is a great moment in the story, and in my opinion, it would have also made a great ending, with just a monologue of the main character to finish it all. However, what happened afterwards was kinda bland and predictable, right till the bitter happy-end. Yes, I am a horrible person. No, I don't hate happy ends, it's just that at least something could have gone wrong. It would have left a better impression on me anyway. But, never the less... I found the whole ordeal with the trial, evil chancellor, princess standing up for you, and all the rest undoubtedly reminescent of Chrono Trigger. Coincidence? Oh, and I think there was a bug there, since the king and queen were facing the opposite direction, with their backs turned to me. And Aurora didn't get knocked out in the fight with the chancellor. She just kept running around like a headless fly. Weird. Everything got restored to normal after the teleport. I really liked how things go to $#!7 (I also like cencoring cursewords in stupid ways :P) in the prison. The Death Jelly was the only difficult boss, since I had no ranged weapons and was trying to hack it to pieces with a meager STR of 12. And that also made some unexpected problems in the prison earlier. I couldn't break thru the barrier of tables, since they had to be hit with 6 or more points to be damaged. I could pull of only 5 at my best try with the rusty dagger that I had. I got around it with the one wizard level I had (my Arcane Archer=6 fighter\1 wizard\ rest AA), and kept casting weak spells on it O_o. The whole thing with Aurora being the other Chosen One (Chosen Two?) didn't really apply to me, and seemed kinda cheap. Still, I guess it worked out at the end... The list of villains expanded in comparison to CBtS and its overall a really good thing, since they got to do more than just spew a couple of taunts and die. The feeling of villainy was better here, but still not the level of SH, or SH2. --------SPOILERS-------- This was overall an enjoyable mod, but it was lacking here and there. The spelling was also pretty bad, but that does not, and never should, affect the end score. It's just a slight annoyance, since we never remember what letters were used to say something - we remember what was said. So, an 8.25 to this one. It's not a 9, and the 10 is reserved for masterpieces like Surviving Horror 2, Elegia\Excrucio Eternum and the like. Thanks for the module and the effort that you put into it. Really. _________________________ ===================================== =Eye for an eye...and the whole world goes blind.= ===================================== Archon Darksun's Glare Graphic novel and my art album: Link

*Steve_Savicki, Yes, in a way. It features no nudity whatsoever but the act is scripted (text and visual) and could be considered adult content. But it is nothing serious and a teen should be able to handle it if he/she wishes it. And again, there are multiple warnings before this quest so the quest will only appear for those who really want to and the rest of the mod is completely free of any adult/mature content whatsoever. Ultimately I see no reason to rate this module any higher than "teen" if that's what you're after. _________________________ /Berra - NWN1 modules: Berra's Module Collection (All of Berra's NWN1 works) Interviews: NWN-PODCAST INTERVIEW & GOLDEN DRAGON AWARD INTERVIEW.
