Version 2 is finally here.

"Welcome, hardcore CRPG fans! After two years of real hard working, I finally finished my game, Tortured Hearts 1. I put a tremendous amount of work into this one, 4000+ hours altogether. (Believe it or not) There are about 240 areas, 157000+ words in conversations, 17 companions to choose from, and you'll get about 60-100+ hours of playing time. This game is meant for hardcore players. TH1 is very difficult, but there were people who could get to the bottom of it. :) If you are perseverant, patient and curious, I'm sure you'll be able to watch the epilogue(s). The size of the supplements is about 144 Mbytes. (follow the link below)"
2.14
Less hardcore in many areas, more conversations, a few more quests, many bugfixing and a lot more. Check the ReadMe please.

If the game is working otherwise, it seems to me that it is still a hak problem; that when all the extra stuff is loading it hits a snag and crashes. Do you have the new hak, un-rared, and the loadscreen hak? Sometimes also these big haks will be corrupted in download, and there's no way to know until it fails.

There is no other info....I tried loading up the vanilla game and everything seems to work, so not sure what the issue is.
The invisibility spell has some issues and it is possible that I should revamp that quest. However, I don't think I have time for that beucase of this: (remove spaces)

Definitely the biggest NWN module I played yet. It was very fun to play, therefore I rate it with 10. A bit more elaborate:
It is really huge. You are thrown, as a small adventurer with not that much experience, in a world unfamiliar to you and have to find your way. I really loved, during the whole module, that you are no special hero. Just an adventurer trying to do stuff (and in the process searching for magic weapons in barrels).
The humor was really nice. I don't really understand why many people wanted an option to disable those one-liners, but obviously tastes differ.
The combat in the beginning was really tough, which I really liked. I have to admit I did something terrible in the character creation (which I've not seen till level ~8), so I made it a bit harder on myself. Later on it got a bit easy (in my personal opinion), but overall it was balanced quite well.
An addition to your readme: Why should this module not be for powergamers / roleplayers? I understand that it can be too much and too complex if you only have a little time and don't want to spend some hours a day playing it. But I see myself as a powergamer (at least while I have the time, I played this during my holidays) and really enjoyed it. And: I do roleplay my characters. In this module I used a chaotic neutral ranger. I probably did miss out some quests for sometimes being an egocentric a**, but still reached level 21 and (at least I think) did most of the things possible. So I'd say that roleplaying in this module is even better than in many others, because the choices of your character do have an impact on his way through the world.
And the last point: I don't know if it is a bug or if I just screwed up there. It is not in the known bug section of the readme, so if it is the former I hope the information is appreciated: (HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD)
The gypsy boss in the Dreaming Lady inn: My female character slept with him and put poison in his bottle. Then, downstairs, he gave me the quest to free his comrade in Pikedale. I went there, stole they key, got to the prisoner. I convinced him to escape and gave him an invis pot (8 to be exact, that ol' alcoholic wanted the whole stack). Then I returned to the gypsy boss. He was still alive, and only said that I should free his friend, which I already did. In the questlog was written that I convinced the prisoner to come with me. At this point, the prisoner wasn't found in the prison anymore, and I couldn't finish the quest. The gypsy boss also never drank the poison. I looked it up in the walkthrough, and there was a third possibility: Kill all the gypsies and the barkeeper is happy with you and gives you the key to his cellar. So I did that, and the "free the prisoner" quest was still there at the same stage, and the barkeeper didn't have new possibilities to talk to. Any ideas?
Summa summarum: An really good, huge module with oldschool crpg feeling. Thanks for your hard work!
I am not sure what I did wrong. I thought I was missing the Hak pack, then when I put it into the hak folder and fired up the game, and went "create new character", the game started loading, got to 80%, then the whole game froze, then crashed. What am I doing wrong?

Excellent, reminds me of how CRPG's used to be, and how they should be again. I especially liked how my character wasn't a son of a god, didn't have planar swords stuck in him at birth, didn't fight an army of prehistoric lizards but simply is allowed to be a lighthearted adventurer. Also got a nostalgic feeling from all the BG-NPC's you used as a kind of "guest appearance" (poor Imoen).
The key to the dungeon is in the tower, in one of the rooms.
Now you'll have to go back to Pikedale (Great Temple, upstairs)

I can't remember where Tate was hiding, or if I've even met him in the game yet.

After going everywhere and talking to everyone, I decided to kill all the Drow and move on. Where is the Spooky Dungeon?

Now I'm in the Drow city and I have the ponytail quest, but I can't get the doors behind the palace open. I even tried to use the powderkeg I found in the barracks. I have been inside every building and spoken to every Drow citizen that will speak to me. I also can't find the ponytail thief.
Thanks for the vote.
I don't think you can get to the shipwreck.
The bath quest is triggered... in the bath. :)
There's a particular dialog option that starts it.

Next Crisis. How do I trigger the bath/Alderman quest?

Wow. This game goes on forever. I figured out how to use the badge!!! Is there a way to get to the shipwreck? I have already poisoned the pirates and returned the toy to the child.

I love the reference to the Young Kingdoms : it makes me think to Stormbringer RPG and funny sessions as game master ^^
You can find the adorned badge later, it's a different one. You need to do a couple of things before that happens.
The mayor's convo can probably be fixed with a variable. (it was long ago though)
Cemetery: If you start from the Pikedale gate, there's a path that leads there. Right under the wall.
You can go on without the dog.
The female dwarf is sleeping in one of the houses during the day...

Hum, I think there is a problem with the Cape Crest Bath Halfling : when I show him the Winblood Badge, he makes manipulations but the Adorned Winblood Badge doesn't appear in my equipment. Is it normal ?
By the way, I cannot cross the Dragon Tooth Chasm because I didn't succeed the Mayor to build a bridge ; later (with Persuade skills improved) the dialog about the bridge building doesn't appear ; how can I do now ?
Is there a command on the console to fix that ?

Er, I've made a confusion with another dog ^^
Used the console to go the Pikedale Plains - Cemetery because I didn't find the way to go into (there's a story with a boy who give you a clue about a secret path if I've understood).

Impossible to find the female dwarf on Cape Crest.
Er... I've got another problem : I think I've killed by mistake the Ms Enchett's dog ; do you have the code to make appear him or solve the quest ?
