The story is geared towards those with good alignments.
Description
No longer a simple servant and far-removed from your family farm, your journey is just beginning. The mastery of your chosen weapons, be them martial or arcane is increasing through use and you are ready to face the hard road ahead. Freedom has lifted the weight of servitude from your shoulders, but responsibilities can be just as heavy a burden. This is the second module in the Book of Fallen Eight series, picking up where the first left off. It is a story-driven adventure, albeit with plenty of tough battles to fight. I recommend playing through the first module to familiarize yourself with the story, though I include a journal entry at the start which should bring newcomers up to speed.

Trapdoor needs to be made unbreakable and still abrupt ending. _________________________ Steve's Characters - please don't forget to vote on them if you play them.

I completed this module twice and twice it was tedious and not really fun. This module was poorly made and can be avoided.
* Spoilers *
The first time I had my monk/paladin who did OK until he got to the last two levels. From there it became a tedious hit and run game.
I created a shifter character to replay the serie hoping to have an easier time in the mine but it was not really the case.
The biggest flaw of of this module is that the combats are not balanced (and have probably not be tested) for a generic solo character. In that respect the module is worse than the previous episode.

After completing the first part of this campaign, I played this one with a lvl 6 monk (ended lvl 8) and had an AWFUL time.
Like in the previous mod, there's no way to buy some decent equipment.
This mod is definitively NOT fort every class.
I had to fight outside of the main mine, dragging the bad guys in the forest in order to shot them with my bow...
The atmosphere is poor...
Too bad.

Thoroughly enjoyed the first two parts. Nice writing, fun and challenging. The third chapter had a serious drop in fun. It felt like an afterthought. The story's done, the flow of the game was interrupted by drowning/freezing attacks (what's the point?) and dumb--and I mean dumb--puzzles. Too bad. Played solo.

something needs to be done about the old hermit. I totally missed him and learning what he had to say. perhaps marking "small hovel" on the map. I was sweeping through the forest and found the road, and the encounter on it. since I knew where the mines where, it never occured to me to do a full sweep of the whole map.
I guessed that that what the hermit told me had to do with the ore smelter, just because you made a trigger there "what is it used for now?"

Very original and story driven. Too short and direct however. _________________________ The hottest new modules you can't miss - player suggested
